Instant Security has been an instant success since it commenced business in 1991 by providing an alternative method for the sale, manufacture and installation of security doors and screens. In 1993 the Instant Security business was acquired by Pat and Steve Frampton who recognized the considerable potential of providing each customer with a higher level of service and quality of finished product.
The secret of our success has been that we care about every customer so much that it reflects in the finished product we supply and the satisfaction and pride that each customer feels after they have inspected their security doors and screens. When you combine this satisfaction with our friendly personalized service and one of Adelaide’s lowest prices.
Our success can be attributed to our desire to always provide quality, value for money security doors and windows combined with an on the spot manufacturing service that ensures our products fit perfectly every time. We care about every job that we do resulting in repeat business and referrals and recommendations from many of our customers.
We have expanded now, from necessity, and have more mobile workshops enabling us to cover all of Adelaide. We offer a very personalized service, once a customer contacts us, we will provide an in home quote, from the Instant Security tradesman who will offer advice, show samples and colours, and provide a written quote. There is no cost or obligation to the customer.
If our quote is accepted, we book in a date that is agreed on, and we then come, in our mobile workshop, with all the materials required to achieve the building of the security doors and window screens as arranged.
Being on the premises, we can check, shape and ensure the finished product is a tailor made fit, something that is difficult to do when built in a factory elsewhere. In fact we have been able to the more challenging jobs, that have been too difficult to achieve by a factory based company, since building on the premises gives us the versatility and ability to achieve very difficult installations.
The person who quotes is the person who builds and installs our products.
