Alu-Gard Design
Alu-Gard 2.0 utilises a strong (1.6mm thick) aluminium sheet that is perforated and powder coated in Australia to standards.The sheet is retained in a frame with riveted aluminium infill retention system.The resulting screen is strong, extremely resistant to corrosion and provides excellent direct clarity of vision.
- Are not using high tensile stainless steel wire (900MPa)
- Do not track the composition of the wire through Chemical Certifications
- Are lacking in pre-treatment for corrosion prior to powder coating
- Does not use the highest quality outdoor UV resistant powder coat
